Join us for our signature sessions. These transformative gatherings span 3 hours, split into two halves. In the first half, immerse yourself in grounding nature experiences and a conscious connecting activity. We then transition into Breathwork infused with Reiki and sound. 

Both groups will then share a hot ayurveda organic herbal tea to relax, chat and foster community and connection. 

The second half continues with another conscious connecting activity, leading into an invigorating ice bath experience looking out to 60 acres of pristine bushland. These sessions are designed to deepen your connection with self and others while fostering growth and renewal.

Mums, we understand how challenging it can be to carve out time for yourself. That's why every Wednesday morning, we've crafted a nurturing environment just for you.

While your children immerse themselves in an enriching art class, treat yourself to a specialized breathwork session designed to calm your nervous system and promote relaxation. Afterwards, there will be opportunity to share.

It's your time to recharge and connect. Join us and prioritize your well-being amidst the warmth of our community space.

Children min age 4. Max 20 children per class.

Spiritual Spa Package

This experience is pure luxury.

Perfect for a special occasion such as a birthday, anniversary, girls day, baby shower or just for a treat because you are worth it! This package is completely private.

We will start with a sacred cacao ceremony and grounding in nature looking out over 60 acres of bushland. We will personally select an oil blend for your experience. Then have a personalised breathwork infused with reiki and sound. Followed by a private cold plunge experience.

Afterward put on your white fluffy robe for your warm up. Enjoy an Ayurveda organic herbal tea sat by an open fire and enjoy a grazing platter together for the last 30 minutes, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
