Breathwork please bring a yoga mat, journal and water. You can bring anything that will make you feel more comfortable like an eye pillow. Wear comfortable clothing.
Cold plunge - please bring a towel and you may wish to bring a beanie or something to warm you up afterwards.
Yes there is parking onsite. If you are running late and the electric gate is closed please park on the nature strip and come through the gate 30 metres down, please close this gate as we do have animals here.
Breathwork - Please do not eat for at least 2 hours before the practice. Avoid coffee and stimulants so that your nervous system can regulate.
Cold plunge - Do not drink alcohol for 24 hours before or take recreational drugs for a week prior. Go to the bathroom just prior to entering. Contraindications. Please do not cold plunge if you have heart issues, are pregnant, have a history of seizures or migraines or have a chronic mental health issue. The waiver is to be read and signed at check out. This only needs to be resigned if I change anything in it or if your condition changes.
The bathroom is not accessible for wheelchairs.
I thoroughly enjoyed my breath work session with Cathy. She offers a very professional yet casual environment, and I felt very safe in her presence. I found her direction, easy to understand, and I had a clear awareness of what to expect from the experience.
I felt very comfortable with Cathy and her light and joyful sense of humour makes the space fun and easy to connect with other participants.
